John provided a comprehensive inspection report of his findings along with pictures of problems areas and recommendtations for repairs as well as safety tips (e.g., move ceiling insulation away from fireplace vent). He walked the roof and reported it was in great shape as well. His inspection was so thorough that I had enough confidence to take a chance and pass on a separate roof inspection to save $$. John took 3 hours to inspect the home and likely another hour or two assembling the report and pictures. He followed up with by mailing me a CD with several additional pictures. Very professional and friendly.

I arranged a pre sale mobile home inspection for my 85 year old father.
